With over 25 years of financial and property management experience, Ms. Harris is the president
and owner of Skykam Property Management and oversees the financial, accounting and
administrative affairs of her companies as CFO. She is also the president and owner of J.
Kennedi Bookkeeping Services.
Ms. Harris received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human
Resources from Keiser University. She also received her degree in Accounting and her
Certificate in Property Management from Gold Coast Real Estate.
Ms Harris began her career as investing in real estate and being a landlord. Throughout her
career Harris has been instrumental in realigning infrastructures, organizing and implementing
company rebranding efforts, developing business systems and plans, and arranging marketing
efforts for acquisitions and high-end lease-ups. Her expertise has been in high barrier to entry
markets and competitive soft markets.
